Hypnosis for Insomnia and Deep Sleep

Insomnia affects more than 3 million people a year. For some people, it comes in the form of not being able to fall asleep, for others it can be waking in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back to sleep. After an extended period of time, experiencing insomnia and other sleep challenges, people can begin to experience Daytime Sleepiness, inability to concentrate, reduced activity or response time, irritability, depression, headaches and even weight gain as hormones and digestion are affected.

Using hypnosis for insomnia is a natural treatment with no side effects. After seeing your doctor to ensure there are no medical problems, we can begin sessions to re-establish a healthy and restorative sleep habit.

After any session, it is not uncommon for clients to experience profound and regenerative sleep because of the total body relaxation that is experienced during the session.

Before the initial session, clients are asked to keep a “sleep diary” to catalog the patterns and behaviors of the day leading up to bed time. This includes: food, activity, daytime fatigue, evening activities, stress throughout the day, screen time, supplements and medications.

The number of sessions needed vary by client. The complete participation of the client to listen to the recordings and willingness to make lifestyle changes is key to be successful.
